Frozen Berry Turkey is a Tuna Sourcing division and a dedicated global supplier — not a single-origin grower. Sourcing and quality control run through Tuna Project Global Trade Inc. (İzmir head office), with a US distribution warehouse operated by Tuna Project LLC in Florida serving the Americas. We supply foodservice professionals, restaurants, distributors, and food manufacturers worldwide.
We supply five IQF lines — strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and black mulberries. Berries are individually quick frozen at peak ripeness, which locks in colour, flavour, and nutrition and keeps them free-flowing. Each line is graded to a 95% whole-berry ratio, with a Certificate of Analysis per lot.
Origin is matched to the grade, crop, and volume each buyer needs: we source from certified growers worldwide per specification rather than a single country, then consolidate, hold stock, and deliver from our warehouses under a maintained −18 °C cold chain. Each product page lists the grades, uses, specs, and packing — and every enquiry ends in a request for quote.
